To access this features here are the simple steps:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Under Update and Security choose Troubleshoot.

3. Under troubleshoot, select the additional troubleshooter.

4. Under the additional troubleshooter select recording audio.

5. Choose what microphone you wanna troubleshoot.

6. Click next.

7. Problem solved.
