Pag-ibig Borrowers Validation

This is being held at Pag-ibig Fund located at 2nd Floor JELP Building, 409 Addition Hills, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

From Shaw Boulevard EDSA Star Mall, look for the Terminal of Jeep at the side. Route of jeepney going to Kalentong/JRU/Quiapo and ask the driver to drop you at the Pag-ibig Office. This is at right side after Hyundai and Nissan showroom.

Requirements to bring is original and photocopy of your two valid ID's. In case you forgot to photocopy your ID's there is a photocopy center at the ground floor of the building.

When you are inside the Pag-ibig office, you will need to wait for the Inquiry section and tell the Officer that you visit Pag-ibig for Borrower's Validation Seminar. You will be given a number and will be instructed to go to Counter 26. (Right Side-pinakadulo)

You will then fall in line again and wait for your number to be called. Once called you will be asked to present your valid ID's and a Pag-ibig form will be instructed for you to fill-up at the room beside counter 26.

You will be waiting till the Officer starts the seminar. The seminar will only takes 30 mins more or less. The proper filling-up ofnthe form and the details will be discussed.

The seminar and personal appearance is conducted for them to ensure that there is really a legit borrower. The terms and conditions is also discussed as well as the payment.

After the seminar the duly filled-up Pag-ibig form and photocopy of your ID's will now be collected. And you can now inform your respective developer thatbyou were done attending the seminar.
