Bocaue Water District bills payment at Landbank Link.Biz Portal

Finally, residents in Bocaue, Bulacan's life will now be easier in paying their water bills at Bocaue Water District. Existing payment is to go to their office and fall in line, wait for your turn to be accommodated. But due to this pandemic, residents experienced were very inconvenient in terms of going to their office just to pay their bills.

They have previously raised and requested this concern but to no avail. Previous request is to have alternate mode of payment. whether it is online banking or thru Gcash, Paymaya and other online payment centers.

But just today, BWD happily announces in their Facebook page that people can now pay via LANDBANK Link.Biz Portal Website.

Bocaue Water District Announcement

Screen shot on how to pay (From BWD FB Page)

But I will guide you on this step by step process.

1. Go to LANDBANK Link.Biz Portal Website and click pay now.

2. New window will open. You can directly type Merchant's Name or you can search on the Merchant list below. Click continue.

3. Another window will open. Select water and click continue.

4.  This would be your next window. I try choosing payment mode as bancnet.

And I've found out this. It says that an additional fee will be charged for this payment options.

Charged would be Php 20.00 and this are the only banks accepted. I only have an ccount in BDO and it's not offered here.

So I will go back to the previous screen and choose other payment options.
I tried choosing via LandBank Atm Card. But for me, I also don't have Landbank Account nor ATM.

And I can't continue because the system detected the account number I am trying to use is not yet enrolled in their online banking. Actually I really don't have account with them and just trying to see the next option. But sadly we can't proceed.

I will go back again to the previous screen and choose other payment options. Now let's try the option cash payment.

Again, there is an additional transaction fee will be charged when using Cash as payment mode.

I have successfully redirected to the next window. And once you proceed with the transaction, you will have to pay thru ECPAY, Bayad Express and 7 Eleven with Php 30.00 convenience fee.

I will go back again to the previous screen to try the last payment options. To pay via Other banks.

And again there is transaction fee (Amount is Php 25.00) that will be charged when using Other Banks via PCHC PayGate as payment mode (except for BIR Tax Payments).

And this are the payment options/procedure that you need to follow.

To summarized, if you have bank account/Atm in Landbank that would be very convenient for you.  If you have the bank I have showed in Bancnet as option of payment that would also do. But if you have bank account in other bank that would be suitable for you. But if you don't have any bank account Cash payment would the best option for you. But whatever payment option you choose, all are with additional fees included.

For me, I can try using payment thru cash or to other bank.

But the best payment option for this is if we can pay directly via Gcash or Paymaya. They have mentioned that, so let's wait and see. Possible that would be available in the incoming days.

Feel free to comment you experience in paying because that would be our first time. I have already paid my August 2020 bill and can try this service by next month.

I hope this would be a helpful guide to you. Feel free to comment.

Update: According to water district, Gcash and Paymaya options is available inside the Link Biz Portal. We just cannot see that options as the moment because of maintenance update.
